So the Policy in fact is just this: There is a 20% Re-Stocking Fee during the 7-Day No Hassle item Return Period. Customers Must 1st Contact us Before ANY item can be Returned, as we Offer 3-Separate Return Options: Money Refund (No PPD for Returned items)-Store Credit (No Re-Stocking Fee)-Exchange (Exact item if Possible or another item / items of Equal Value).
