Customer Service
This is something that we take very serious in both ways. We will go to the end of the earth for a Customer if possible. But we are not fools either, in 25 years we have been burned and we have learned from the best of the best. We believe if you are not Satisfied with an item from us within 7 days of receiving the purchase, then we are good 99%. As we do not always hear back from every Customer. We deal with Customer Service as a individual basis, as we sell Scarce and unique items. Items that are One-Of-A-Kind. So each and every sale is packed differently, shipped differently and handled differently. But one thing is for sure (you can read our eBay Feeback) you will not get harmed by us. We like and require money like everyone else, but not enough to harm Our Customers. As we feel it is just not worth it, we also do not want to be Haunted by bad Ju Ju. So no worries about any of our Customers information or reputation (we do not gossip either).
